  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect accounts if the User ID supplied by you was inaccurate.
  • Top-ups are digital items and are non-transferable once processed.

3. Payments & Pricing

All prices listed on the platform are subject to change without prior notice. Payments are accepted via localized Khmer gateways (such as ABA, Wing, ACLEDA, and KHQR).

  • Payments must be settled in full before order processing begins.
  • Fraudulent payment attempts or unauthorized card usage will result in an immediate service ban and potential legal reporting.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the instant, digital nature of virtual currency and game items, all sales are final once delivered.

  • Refunds will only be considered if a technical error occurs on our end and the order cannot be fulfilled.
  • If an order cannot be processed within 24 hours due to server outages, a full refund will be provided upon request.

5. Limitation of Liability

VN COMPANY acts independently and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by game publishers (including Roblox Corporation, Garena, Moonton, etc.) unless explicitly stated. We are not liable for account suspensions or actions taken by game developers against your account.
